Return & Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
· Customers are allowed to open the package and inspect or try the item while the courier waits on the door.
· Please make sure to inspect the item before accepting the shipment or paying for it, feel free to refuse the shipment or make another order if it is the wrong size or color.
· Each customer is allowed 3 attempts with the shipping company, once the courier contacts you, you can re-schedule up to 2 times for free.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.
Inspection: Items to be inspected by our team before issuing a return to make sure it is in its original condition (More details in section 3 below)
Condition: Items must be folded, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Processing Time:
o 5-10 business days for exchanges to be completed after the customer confirmation. (Business days do not include weekends or official holidays)
o 10-14 business days for refunds to be completed after the customer confirmation. (Business days do not include weekends or official holidays)
Non-Returnable Items: Sale, End Of Season & Clearance Sale Items cannot be returned.
Defective/Wrong Items: If the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, we cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund at no additional charge.
Options: Customers can choose either an exchange or a refund. Once an exchange has been delivered to the customer, they are not eligible for a refund or another exchange afterwards.
Attempts: The shipping company will attempt to complete the refund or exchange up to three times. If the customer fails to meet the courier on all three attempts or refuses the shipment/refund, they will no longer be eligible to submit another request & the request will be canceled.
2. Process [How to initiate a refund or exchange]
Initiating a Return/Exchange: Contact us via email or through the "Contact Us" page within the return window, providing proof of purchase (order number or a screenshot of the order confirmation email).
Confirmation: Our team will share all the details and will ask for your confirmation to proceed with your request.
3. Inspection Process
1. A courier will pick up the item from the customer.
2. The item will be checked upon arrival by our team.
3. If the item is in its original condition, the return will be processed.
4. If the item is not in its original condition, it will be shipped back to the customer.
5. If the customer refuses to receive the item or fails to accept it after three attempts, the shipping company will return it to us and the item will be considered a damaged good and the return request will be canceled
4. Refund/Exchange Options
Refunds: Refunds are issued via same payment method (store credit, cash, or through bank transfer and mobile wallets)
Exchange Same Item: Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Exchange Different Item: Items can be exchanged for a different product. If you exchange for a cheaper item, the price difference is credited to your LEVELD account wallet. If you exchange for a more expensive item, the courier will collect the extra amount while handing you over the exchange.
5. Return/Exchange Shipping Fees:
· Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
· Return shipping fees are deducted from the item price.
· Exchange shipping fees are collected by the courier upon delivery.
6. Compliance
This policy complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, ensuring your rights are fully respected. Non-returnable item policies align with the legal provisions for clearly disclosed terms.
